SPI Displays
Simple Interface. Low Pin Count. Easy Integration.
Explore our range of SPI displays — compact, efficient screens that communicate over the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus. Requiring only a handful of pins, SPI displays are easy to integrate with microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi, making them ideal for embedded projects, wearables, and space-constrained designs.
What Is an SPI Display?
An SPI display is a screen that uses the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) protocol to receive data from a host controller. Instead of the many parallel data lines required by RGB or MCU interfaces, SPI uses just a few wires — typically clock, data, chip select, and data/command — to drive the display. Many SPI displays also include an integrated driver IC and onboard RAM, further simplifying system design. SPI displays are available in TFT, OLED, and e-paper technologies.
